S&N Health, LLC

S&N Health was founded by two Nurse Practitioners who often found themselves delivering disappointing news to patients about treatment options that insurance deemed unnecessary. It was disheartening for both our patients, who were not considered "bad enough" for reactive treatments, and for us, knowing we had the solutions but couldn't provide them due to insurance and financial constraints.

Numerous longitudinal studies highlight how obesity and its long-term effects can lead to chronic diseases that could have been prevented through proper weight management. We understand that managing weight involves more than just diet and exercise; hormonal imbalances can significantly affect a person's ability to lose or maintain a healthy weight.

That's why we chose to offer essential services aimed at addressing these long-term health effects. By not contracting with insurance companies, we provide care free from restrictive guidelines. On May 1, 2024, we proudly launched S&N Health to empower those around us to lead happier, healthier lives without waiting for inevitable health issues to arise.
