Visit our lab shop to order labs and get instructions on having them drawn at your convenience.

Plans and Pricing
Each patient must complete the respective labs and an initial consultation ($250) before proceeding with services. Quarterly labs are required for monitoring and your safety.
Compounded Hormones
$149/Visit
Compounded hormones may be combined into one single method of delivery such as creams, troches, or capsules. Injections are also available for testosterone therapy. Once we have customized your dose, we will send the prescription to the pharmacy where they will contact you to collect payment and confirm delivery details.
Retail Hormones
$149/Visit
Spot Visits & Questions Regarding Therapy
$99/Visit
Retail hormones are available for those who wish to apply insurance. Prescriptions will be sent to your local retail pharmacy. Retail hormones may not be customized into one single method of delivery.
Once you’re an established patient, you can easily schedule a quick visit to discuss dose adjustments, additions, or any new concerns. We’ll address your needs and update prescriptions as necessary to keep your therapy on track!
We can send hair and skin prescriptions to compounding or retail pharmacies for your convenience. From hair loss serums to peptide serums for glowing skin, we’ve got you covered. Have something specific in mind? Just ask your provider during your consultation!
Additional prescriptions mentioned above may be added to quarterly visits for an additional $10 fee. Otherwise, you may schedule a quick visit to address these medications.
